Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Wappsello, a Shopify embedded app that helps merchants run WhatsApp campaigns through their own WhatsApp Business Account. By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms.
1. About Wappsello
Wappsello is operated by AI Saturn (“we”, “us”). The service orchestrates WhatsApp messages, templates, and campaign attribution for Shopify merchants. Outbound messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API using the merchant's own WhatsApp Business Account.
2. Eligibility & account
To use Wappsello you must:
- Operate an active Shopify store and have authority to install apps on it
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Comply with Shopify's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
You are responsible for keeping your Shopify admin account and any WhatsApp Business Manager access secure.
3. Your WhatsApp Business Account
Wappsello operates as a Tech Provider. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) through Meta's Embedded Signup. By doing so you also agree to:
Meta bills you directly per WhatsApp conversation according to their published pricing. We are not a billing intermediary for WhatsApp conversation costs.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Wappsello to:
- Send messages to recipients who have not opted in or whose opt-in has been revoked
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, scams, or any content that violates the WhatsApp Commerce Policy
- Send messages to minors in violation of applicable law
- Impersonate another business, person, or government entity
- Promote illegal goods, prohibited products, fraud, hateful conduct, harassment, or content that violates Meta's or Shopify's policies
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service
- Use the service to send transactional messages outside Meta's template approval framework
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without prior notice.
5. Billing
Wappsello's own pricing (if any) is shown on the app listing in the Shopify App Store and billed through Shopify's billing API. WhatsApp conversation fees are billed by Meta directly to the payment method you configure in Meta Business Manager.
6. Data & privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For data we process on your behalf (e.g. your customers' phone numbers and order details) you remain the data controller and we act as a processor. You must have a lawful basis to share your customers' data with us, and to message them on WhatsApp.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may make maintenance changes, push updates, or change features without prior notice. Outages on Shopify or Meta's platforms may affect Wappsello's ability to operate.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Saturn disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).
9. Termination
You can stop using Wappsello at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. On uninstall we cascade-delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by Shopify, Meta, or applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after the change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Saturn is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
